Responsibilities
As a Zomato Delivery Executive, your primary task will be to
deliver food orders from partner restaurants to customers’ doorsteps. Here’s
what your day-to-day work may include:
- Accept
food orders through the Zomato Partner App.
- Pick
up food orders from designated restaurants.
- Ensure
safe and hygienic delivery to customer’s address.
- Use
the shortest routes for delivery (navigation will be provided via the
app).
- Communicate
with customers politely in case of any delays or changes.
- Collect
payments (in case of COD orders).
- Follow
traffic and road safety rules.
- Update
status in the app once delivery is completed.
This job does not involve sales or marketing, only
food delivery with Zomato’s existing customer orders.

Zomato offers flexible shifts. You can choose
