Job Description:

Amazon is hiring male and female candidates for various roles under a contractual agreement. The job requires candidates to work in rotational shifts, offering an excellent opportunity to earn a stable income along with additional incentives based on attendance and overtime. The job entails operational tasks that are essential for the company’s workflow.

Shift Timings & Working Hours:

·  Rotational Shifts: Employees must be willing to work in both shifts.

·        Morning Shift: 8:15 AM to 6:15 PM

·        Night Shift: 6:30 PM to 4:30 AM

• Total Working Hours:  10 hours per shift.
• Break Time: 1 hour per shift
• Work Schedule: 5 days a week (2 days off)
• Rotational Shifts: Both male and female candidates will be required to work in both day and night shifts as per the schedule assigned.

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: ₹15,025 (Take-home salary) +
• Attendance Bonus: ₹3,050
• Night Shift Allowance: ₹115 per night shift
• Overtime Pay: ₹1,500 per extra shift worked
• Travel Allowance: ₹80 per day (only if the candidate does not use the company cab facility)
• Company Cab Facility: Free transportation provided by the company
• Provident Fund (P.F) & Employee State Insurance Corporation (E.S.I.C): Provided by the company

Additional Information:

• This is a contractual job, and initially, candidates will be hired on a one-month contract.
• Contract extension will be based on the candidate's performance and company requirements.
• The company does not provide food or accommodation.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Male & Female candidates are eligible.
• Candidates must be physically fit to perform job tasks.
• Should be willing to work in rotational shifts (both day and night shifts).
• Must be punctual and disciplined.

·        Educational Qualification: Minimum 10th pass.

·        Language Requirement: Candidate must have the ability to read and understand English.

• No prior experience is required, but experience in a similar field will be an added advantage.
